The person making the booking is known as the'GUEST' while the 'OWNERS' are Iain & Judith Richardson.
The 'OWNERS' on receipt of a booking [telephone or email] by the'GUEST' will forward to the 'GUEST'S' address a 'HOLIDAY LETTING FORM OF AGREEMENT' for the 'GUEST' to peruse and sign [indicating agreement] and forward it by return to the 'OWNERS', together with a deposit representing 25% of the total payment. The balance representing 75% of the total payment, will become due, 6 weeks prior to the 'GUEST'S' commencement of stay.
All members of the 'GUEST'S' party are equally bound by the terms and conditions contained within the 'HOLIDAY LETTING FORM OF AGREEMENT' as signed by the 'GUEST', with the 'GUEST' assuming overall responsibility for the party member[s].
A formal acceptance of the booking will have deemed to have taken place when the 'OWNERS' are in receipt of, from the 'GUEST', of the 25% deposit, together with the 'HOLIDAY LETTING FORM OF AGREEMENT' signed by the 'GUEST' and subsequently signed by either of the 'OWNERS'.
A copy of the jointly signed 'HOLIDAY LETTING FORM OF AGREEMENT' will be presented to the 'guest' on his or her arrival at Lamberts.
The 'HOLIDAY LETTING FORM OF AGREEMENT' contains briefly the following information...addresses of both owners and guest...term... arrival and departure times [flexible]...letting fee...tenancy [holiday let]...party number...no smoking policy throughout...security...condition...injury to possessions and persons...pets [by agreement]...right of access... neighbours...arrival and departure arrangements...signatures.
